Job Description:
We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage company communications, schedules, travel arrangements, and invoicing. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner.
- Efficiently coordinate appointments, meetings, and client schedules.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles or similar positions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software or tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience in basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
